Kevin Morrison’s journey began in an impoverished Miami neighborhood as the youngest of three siblings. After his older brother’s tragic passing, he relocated to Orlando, Florida. Despite the odds, Kevin graduated with honors in Micro-Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida.
Kevin initially ventured into banking at American Express for two years but later made a significant shift into the insurance industry with Liberty Mutual. His career soared, earning a substantial six-figure income. However, when Liberty Mutual drastically cut commissions by over 60%, Kevin decided to become an employer, not just an employee.
Today, Kevin Morrison holds the prestigious title of the Number #1 Sales Leader in Nevada within Private Health Insurance. He’s cultivated a dynamic sales force of over 35 agents, generating approximately 12 million dollars in revenue in the past year. Mpire Inc., Kevin’s organization, comprises eight leaders, all earning multiple six-figure incomes while managing their own teams. Kevin’s mission is to improve lives while maintaining financial stability, driven by his own challenging past. His team embodies a vibrant culture, high energy, and a shared commitment to entrepreneurial success.
Justice Jones is the Field Sales Leader for the Morrison Division leading his team, Ruff Writers, to success.
Prior to Justice’s current position, he worked three years in the fitness sales industry for LA Fitness at some of the top gym locations in South Florida. In 2019 the opportunity to the health insurance industry arose. In that moment, Justice didn’t hesitate to take on the risk of leaving well-guaranteed pay at LA Fitness to pursue a different route as he believed he would bear fruit.
Within his four years of being in the industry, Justice has issued over $3 Million in personal production and has trained and developed several six-figures earners over the years. Justice has earned two promotions within the last two years from being a Field Training Agent at the beginning of January 2022, to thereafter being promoted before the start of 2023 to a Field Sales Leader. He is currently one of the top new FSL’s in the country and has continued to break records within his first eight months of being in his new role.
Justice has always put his agents first which is part of the reason why he has had major success in the short two-year period of his leadership career. He ensures no agent is left behind to succeed alongside him, believing that anything is possible with hard work. Justice created a culture within his team of winning that is unmatched as his desire is to continue to create as many six-figure earners as possible!
Camrane Jackson is the Field Sales Leader of the Aviators for the Mpire Group. After 3 years of earning capped commissions with a base pay in property management, Camrane took a leap into the full commission-based sales world with insurance in September of 2021.
Within his first year, Camrane accomplished hitting all the company milestones put in place for agents to achieve a six-figure income. Hitting his 100k, Beacon, and Quick Start bonus within year one set him up for a promotion to become a Field Training Agent, 3 months later. Through hard work, it’s no surprise that an additional six months passed, and he was granted an additional promotion to be a Field Sales Leader.
Camrane believes through hard work and a leveled mindset of abundance, all goals can be achieved. His goal is to develop a team of gladiators trained up, ready to attack all adversities to get desired AV. New to the position, he plans to grow his new FSL team and be surrounded by individuals similar to himself while educating and delivering peak service to the community, across the nation.
